	Purpose Driven Life by Rick Warren – Facilitated by Mary Lou Bernson Tuesdays 10 – 11:30 CEC-100 $14.00 September 21 – November 23 No childcare Ladies Only Why am I here? What is my purpose? Self-help books encourage readers to look within. Rick Warren encourages you to look at God. Using biblical stories that speak for themselves, Warren explains God's five purposes for each of us. This manifesto for Christian living in the 21st century enables you to see "the big picture" of what life is really all about--living out God's incredible plan.
	*Joy of Living: Acts* – Facilitated by Ruth Matlock Tuesdays 10 – 11:30 Adult 2 – Rhoda Room $25.00/2 semesters 1^st Semester: September 14 – November 23 No childcare Ladies Only In the book of Acts we see what Jesus brought about through the apostles' preaching and the beginning of the church. We'll study the life of Paul as he makes many missionary journeys. Though the apostles and early Christians faced bitter persecution, through the power of the Holy Spirit they successfully carried the gospel from Jerusalem to Rome and planted churches across the Roman Empire. Full of history and drama, the book of Acts provides a guide for the church to follow until Christ returns.
	Crazy Love by Francis Chen – Facilitated by Lisa Gabaree Tuesdays 6 - 7:30 Room 112 $12.00 September 21 – November 23 Co-ed Have you ever wondered if we’re missing it? 	Faithful, Abundant, True: Three Lives Going Deeper Still – Facilitated by Sherry O’Neal and Judy McDorman Wednesdays 6 – 7:30 Chapel $13.00 September 22 – November 3 Childcare/AWANAS Ladies Only Kay Arthur teaches about God's faithfulness and challenges believers to be faithful in difficult times. Priscilla Shirer teaches on God's abundance. A fundamental basis for every believer is the absolute reality that God can do whatever He chooses to do. God's ability empowers our faithfulness. Beth Moore teaches on the topic of discernment. In these difficult days it is absolutely essential that we learn to trust the Holy Spirit to enable us to determine what is true and what is false.
	*Before His Throne* by Kathy Howard – Facilitated by Debbie Eoff Wednesdays 6 – 7:30 CEC $13.00 September 22 – December 1 Childcare/AWANAS Ladies Only Explore the Book of Malachi to find the meaning and relevance of approaching God with godly fear. This nine-week Bible study challenges Christians to examine their hearts and move toward a deeper and more effective relationship with God. Christians participating in this study will gain increased knowledge of the Book of Malachi and be challenged in life application as they draw upon the combined commentary, illustrations, questions, and activities found in Before His Throne.
